The EMBARQ® 48-Seconds Video Contest Rules
1. Create and submit an original video with a maximum running time of 90 seconds in a digital file format (.AVI, .MOV, .WMV, or .MPG).

2. Music, lyrics, sounds, props, or any other creative element used in the Submission must be Entrant's own original creative work, cannot have been previously published and must not include any material owned by a third party. 3. Submit your video on the EMBARQ® YouTube page by November 7, 2008. Finalists will be notified on or around November 17, 2008. If you are a finalist, get your friends to vote for it from November 24 to December 8, 2008. Winners will be announced on December 15.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (inc. D.C., exc. AK and HI), 18 years or older and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Contest.
